As a Systems Engineering Intern at L3Harris in Salt Lake City, Utah, I work with the engineering team to enhance report systems and provide detailed failure analysis. My role involves creating essential documentation for clients and improving the efficiency of diagnostic processes for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues.

My primary responsibilities include:

• Updating report systems to help the engineering team diagnose DMSMS issues more efficiently
• Producing high-level failure analysis reports and analyzing failure data to mitigate issues
• Creating indentured bill of material reports for Northrop Grumman
• Developing departmental reports that outline important material production changes
• Serving as the primary contact for updating client-facing materials to improve usability and comprehension
• Working on automation projects to streamline reporting processes

Report System Enhancement

I've been working on updating diagnostic report systems to provide engineers with more efficient tools for identifying and addressing DMSMS issues. These improvements allow for faster problem diagnosis and reduce the time needed to implement solutions.

Reporting Process Automation

I'm currently leading a project to automate the creation of indentured bill of material reports and departmental production change notifications. This automation will significantly reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and allow for more frequent and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Client Documentation Redesign

As the designated point of contact for client-facing documentation, I've been improving materials sent to clients to enhance user-friendliness and comprehension. This includes reorganizing information, implementing clearer visual hierarchies, and simplifying complex technical concepts for broader understanding.
