Why Computer Science?

Choosing Computer Science as my field of study was an easy decision for me. I've always had a passion for solving complex problems and finding elegant solutions.

What excites me most about software development is the ability to create meaningful, user-centered experiences. I am passionate about building systems that are not only functional but also intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.

I am deeply aware of the critical role that women play in shaping the future of technology. Women have historically been underrepresented in this field, but today, we’re making significant strides toward change. I am proud to be part of a community that is working towards greater inclusion, and I am committed to contributing to a more diverse and equitable tech industry.

Why French?

From a young age, I was immersed in the French language through a French immersion program. This early exposure not only helped me develop language skills but also sparked a deep appreciation for the diverse cultures that speak French. As I grew, I decided to pursue a minor in French, with the hope of integrating this valuable skill into both my career and daily life. The experience has been incredibly rewarding, as it has opened doors to new opportunities and allowed me to connect with people and ideas from around the world.
